Rainbow Cupcakes

....They shouldn't be taking themselves so seriously...

How to make the cupcakes rainbow:

1. Make vanilla cake batter (I used a moist vanilla from a box)
2. separate the mix evenly into 5 bowls
3. Dye each bowl a different color using flavorless liquid food coloring.
These are just ratios, you will need to add a ton of dye. I used a whole bottle of red when done with my cupcakes. You want the color really really bright, so you will have to use a lot of dye.
Dye ratios - Purple: 2 drops red for every 1 drop blue
Blue: Just Blue
Green: Just Green
Yellow: Just Yellow
Red: Just Red
4. Line cupcake pans with white cupcake liners
5. Pour about a tablespoon of each color in the order of the rainbow.
6. Cook as directed on the box.

For Creme filling:

1. Once COMPLETELY cooled, cut a circle shape chunk out from the top of the cupcake **SAVE THIS PIECE**, about 5/6 of the way into the cupcake. (so the cupcake is like a little cup)
2. Fill with whatever icing or filling you would like (I used Cream Cheese Icing) about 3/4 full.
3. trip the cone cutout from the cupcake so that you have a flat "lid" for the icing hole.
4. Put the lid back on the icing hole.
5. Put a think layer of icing on top of the cupcake to hide the cut marks.
